Labor Day Thoughts
Well, we have a holiday weekend coming up. Some of us were thinking of getting away for a few days, but now with the possible gas shortage, we are re-thinking the idea. We might need to save our gas so that we can get to our jobs next week. It makes me wish I lived a little closer to work, so that I could ride my bike, but still it just isn't safe on the highway and if you have to travel in the dark. Hmm...Maybe a small motorcycle...

What kind of bike is that? It would be interesting to figure the weight to economy performance of some of the larger bikes to and automobile. For instance, our trucks get 6.5 to 7.2 mpg. That is with a weight of up to 80,000 lbs.(truck and cargo). I don't think that many autos have that type of ratio. I guess I have too much time to think this weekend since we are conserving gas!
Wow, that is amazing! I had never thought of the weight to economy performance.
