Easter

After worshiping at Duke Chapel, Pat and I were able to enjoy an Easter picnic at Duke Gardens with my sister Sue, her two daughters, Georgia, and Giulia, Sue's grandaughter, Adele, our cousin Bill and several friends. As you can see the gardens were beautiful, although it was rather warm. We found a place in the shade and had a great time. I must say I did enjoy the service at the chapel, especially the beautiful singing, and particularly the a capella portion when the choir was on either side of the congregation. Many enjoyed celebrating the risen Saviour, as we did. The beauty of the gardens show God's handiwork, and are a testimony to His great creation.
