What's wrong with this picture?
This is the only thing that I call a hydrant. I have a friend from Mississippi who calls any outdoor spigot or faucet a hydrant. But he moved back to Mississippi. And again, I digress. Does anyone see anything wrong with this pic? I will give you a hint. My friend who works at the Fire Dept. told me this. See if you can figure it out. I am wondering if the Old Paratrooper can guess where this is.

You are correct, and such a speedy response too. Kinda makes you want to eat there soon, right? Maybe next week? Now anyone can answer what is wrong with this pic? I am sure someone (besides Wild Wild West) will know what the infraction is.
it's yellow, should be red? Must have seen the undercarriage of too many male dogs
Nope. John is incorrect. Next?
should the caps be a different color from the rest of the thing?

The car parked next to it?
No, that is not it either. That is a perfectly legal parking spot. I suppose I should go ahead and tell you that the fire hydrant should not have any bushes or shrubery or any obstacle within 3 feet of it. However, it is not really a flagrant violation since the hydrant can be easily utilized. I now defer to Wild Wild West for any further clarification.
