Now don't be making fun of the folks that believe we came from monkeys or apes (the Darwinists) 'cause they have feelings too. The real interesting creature here is called a Mara, its kind of a cross between a rabbit and a deer. Its smaller than a fawn and bigger than a rabbit. Very interesting.

I've always been confused why people can't find God in the process of evolution, sticking instead to an insistence that life on earth can only be explained in scientific terms or that it's all explained by a literal interpretation of the Bible. Perhaps we can one day stop being so threatened and come to see science as revealing of the nature of God.
Science can tell you how something happened, but not if there is a purpose behind it. Insistence that "there is no purpose" is just that, an opinion, a kind of faith. People of religious faith should be allowed their own opinion on "purpose" as well, but to assert that the process of evolution has not, and is not taking place lacks credibility in my mind because it disrespects the means by which (for whatever reason) a higher power has chosen to participate in this universe.
