A Brick House
Yes, this is a brick house they are building just up the street, and although the progress seems slow, I think they will be finished before you know it. It looks like it will be very nice. Maybe you will just have to endure one more pic on this subject.

Yes, he lives across the street actually. He seems to be a nice guy. He showed me a huge fish he had caught at the coast one day when I was riding my bike in the hood. BTW, I just returned from the beach.
