Go Floyd!!!
Photo courtesy of Team Phonak. For the past 7 years or so, almost every American has been a Lance fan (Lance Armstrong for those of you that don't follow cycling.) Now we all need to get behind Floyd Landis, who is still wearing the yellow jersey in the Tour de France at the end of stage 12. (There are a total of 20 stages.) (By the way, the yellow jersey signifies the overall winner at each stage of the race.)
The following text is the final paragraph of today's update from OLN:
Race leader, Floyd Landis rode well today and did not panic when Popovych made the move that has brought him up to 10th overall. With the Alps to come, Landis looks stronger every day, and certainly isn't worried about the road
ahead.
This kinda reminds you of Lance, doesn't it? I know he is not Lance, but let's go America!
Don't say that no American has a chance! Viva Landis!!
