Giant flower
There is a giant flower in Washington, DC in the National Botanic Gardens and I understand that it really stinks. It is something to see if you can stand the smell, though. It is Amorphallus titanum from the Arum family. You can check on the video on Yahoo! of the one in DC. Most of these grow to 5 feet and some get to 12 feet tall. One guy described the smell as a port-a-john that hadn't been cleaned in a while.

Yes, Dan. And an Amorphallus titanum by any other name would stink just as bad.
